How do i get my gamer photo from my comp.?

is there a way to get your xbox live gamer picture from your computer...? I've seen people with pictures from cameras and stuff how do they do this.How do i get my gamer photo from my comp.?They are using the Xbox Live Vision Camera to take a personal picture. Those pictures are only visible to people on your friends list. That's the only way to use your own image.
