If I was to change my gamer tag for 800 microsoft points, would that erase all the complaints?

The complaints my friends filed on my gamer tag for me, because on far cry 2 in the map editor it's says I don't have gamer profile privilages...... Is that because of complaints and will changing it fix the whole privilage thingIf I was to change my gamer tag for 800 microsoft points, would that erase all the complaints?not if it's still attached to the same account
