Why are hardcore gamer fans so annoying ?

like the resident evil fans,why can't they understand that there is no point in making a movie the same exact plot of a game , are you really that narrow minded that you would want everything that happened in a game to happen in the movie ? seriously !!! sometimes they make me so sick to be a gamer .Why are hardcore gamer fans so annoying ?Because they're better than you, and they want you to know that.

Cause they're "Professionals" and are the best of the best.

But mostly because they need to brag about something after they drag themselves from their mothers basement.Why are hardcore gamer fans so annoying ?
Because they are angry, lonely people. Games are all they have. What I hate the most is when you try to talk games with one of them and they say "You're not a real gamer, you only play mainstream games. Madden isn't for gamers." Ok? Did I say I was a gamer? My bad for not getting games off the black market.Why are hardcore gamer fans so annoying ?There just really serious about gaming and stuff that relates to it, because its something they enjoy and like stuff that is "gaming" or that relates to it to be good (satisfiy what they want). But you could say that about anybody like a artist is serious about art and stuff that relats to it, like if somethings not perfect or where they wanted it or the color of it. Or with a sports fanatics they get mad just if there teams losing and that doesnt even have anything to do with them, there just watching it. Its not like there getting payed for if there team wins, its just that they are serious about it and enjoy it.Why are hardcore gamer fans so annoying ?
games are an art, game designers are artists and we are masters of that art. hardcore gamers take this idea to full extent. i have been playing video games since before i can even remember or walk and i always get pissed when people mess with them. i find it annoying that they usually try to sell out my favorite things just to make a couple more bucks. as long as they dont mess with my games, im fine. i really do hate it when newbies and greenhorns come in and waste my time in line at GameStop to ask the most stupid and blatantly off the wall crazy ideas that they have because they're just someone who is buying this for someone else or just some punk who thinks hes the smartest person ever without knowing an inkling of what they're doing or saying. however, i dont care if they want to play/learn about video games, i just hate when i have to be hindered by them. hardcore gamers are like a cult that believe only true gamers should be allowed to play them or make a movie about them. just ignore them, they'll be here till the end of time just like roachesWhy are hardcore gamer fans so annoying ?I'm not sure.

I'm a fan of Mortal Kombat but hate the film BECAUSE it's exactly like the game.

The film is terrible.

But, on youtube there is a web series of MK that is making it all more realistic, abandoning the storyline of the original.

And in my opinion it's much better, but fanboys cry over the fact that is abandons storylines.

I would class myself as a hardcore resident evil fan. However I do like the movies as well as the games. I don't understand why people get annoyed by the films as they are good in there own right. Some people (mainly 12 year olds, or people with the mentality of 12 year olds) just like to cause arguments and annoy others.



Not all hardcore gamers are like this. But the ones that are like to be heard.
Obviously because those films are made mainly for the fans of those games, if a film is made much alike the game, clearly its the hardcore fans who are the target audience, Also if a movie was to be made of a game series, and it wasn't similar, surely that wouldn't make it a movie of that game, Also sometimes a follow up movie of a game can give more insight into the game itself, for say it could show unexplained parts of the game or add new insight to certain characters back story or other parts that could not or had not been included in the game which would also appeal to those fans. Final Fantasy Advent Children is a good example of this, based on final fantasy VII this movie is different to the game yet shows parts of the game and its original story however, having not played final fantasy VII many people would struggle to follow many parts of the story. Also as i mentioned before this movie gives more insights into the characters and story that had not been interpreted into the original game.
