Can i change my 360 live gamer pic without using a 360 cam?

ive tried a regualar web cam with no success, but i am hoping there is a way to change your pic with out using a cam.Can i change my 360 live gamer pic without using a 360 cam?go into profile option's and choose change gamer profile pic
