I have not had any problems with mine. Only thing I recommend is wiping it when you get it to get rid of all the dell bloatware. And for a good mouse that you can take anyware (requires the $20 bluetooth option) get the Targus AMB04US.I am the type of a gamer so which lap top would suit me the best?This is the best out there.
