Is it possible to put a personal gamer picture on Xbox live?

I know that you can take pictures with the xbox live vision camera,but I don't want to do that.So what I'm asking is there any way to upload my own picture from my xbox or xbox.com without the vision cam.Is it possible to put a personal gamer picture on Xbox live?Nope. You have to use the camera for your own pictures.
