Need some pc gamer help!! Is fps lower when a game is still and not in motion?

I know its a noob question but help a good guy out! So is the fps lower when a game is still/stiller, and does the fps increase as the game gets more actionpacked and chaotic?Need some pc gamer help!! Is fps lower when a game is still and not in motion? You have it backwards.

The more activity on the screen, the lower your FRAMES PER SECOND will be. The more graphics processing that your video card has to do, the fewer frames per second it can display. The less activity the graphics card has to handle, the more frames per second it can process and display.

end of lineNeed some pc gamer help!! Is fps lower when a game is still and not in motion?fps (frames per second) will decrease when the games gets more actionpacked and chaotic because it takes more computing power to do that, when a game is calmer the fps will increase because there is not much to compute.Need some pc gamer help!! Is fps lower when a game is still and not in motion?frame rates are when your moving, frame per second are all different depending on the computer specs, the faster the fps is the more smother it is, the game users more ram in the middle of a busy fight sceneNeed some pc gamer help!! fps should go down in parts with lots of action because the graphics card will have more pixels to redraw and it has to do it more often, increasing the delay between redraws
