They have a Mode where your All Players start off at the Highest Level, and Its Straight Up SOUPED UP PVP.

CO has very good PVP system, it has ninja, fire tao, water tao, trojan, warrior and archer class. And the new class monk is under design now. I am expecting its release, hehe:)
