Why do girl gamers feel the need to (usually) have the word girl in their gamer tag?

Kind of like they want people to know they're girls, why is this? Example; noobpwnergirl. Why do girl gamers feel the need to (usually) have the word girl in their gamer tag?Well my point is why the blazes would most girls want to be thought as if they were males and get treated EXACTLEY the same way

would a male want to be unknown and therefore thought of as female if they happen to be in a predominatley l femalale group?

think about it.....Why do girl gamers feel the need to (usually) have the word girl in their gamer tag?
omfg...thats excatly what i say

they complain when guys get sexist but then yet they could catagorize their self.

don't make that big of a deal out of it and neither will the guys.

you don't se guys putting example "male_heartbreaker" like a girl would put "lady_heartbreakerWhy do girl gamers feel the need to (usually) have the word girl in their gamer tag? Some of them do it for attention from guys. Some do it to show there are girl gamers. And some do it for the hell of it. Hope it helped:)Why do girl gamers feel the need to (usually) have the word girl in their gamer tag?
Because hardly any girls play video games, and they want recognition for being part of a select group. It's kind of a pride thing. Why do girl gamers feel the need to (usually) have the word girl in their gamer tag?So guys will let them win or add them to friends list to go gaga over them.
