My gold membership just expired and I was trying to get onto Xbox Live with just the silver membership and It said recover gamertag and I put in my gamertag and it just started to make a new one, like my other one never existed. The name is exactly the same, I went over it like 3 or 4 times to get it right.Why did my gamer tag just disappear from my Xbox 360 and Xbox Live?Maybe u got banned?
If u are sure u cant get on it, u should conatct Xbox on their site
