Can I Transfer Gamer Points to a New 360?

While dorming, I played my roommate's Xbox 360 like crazy and beat a few games with it. Now I'm planning to get one of my own, mostly for Fable 3. I don't want to have to replay fable 2, so I was wondering if there's any way to transfer profiles or gamer points.Can I Transfer Gamer Points to a New 360?If you played the games on your own profile then you can recover it on your new Xbox, but if you did it on his profile you cant have your points unless he gives you his profile to use.Can I Transfer Gamer Points to a New 360?Did you have your own profile on his xbox or were you playing on his profile. If you were on his, you are out of luck. If you had your own, you have 2 options. You can recover your gamertag or do a data transfer.
