like what are the things you have to do?What are the things you have to do to become a professional gamer?well first off you have to pick a game where it is played at a "professional" level. do you like fps, mmorpgs or RTS games? those are your three main choices.



As for the games themselves -

FPS - Halo, Call of Duty

MMORPGS - Pretty much just world of suckiness

RTS - more variability but fps and mmos dominate pro gaming.



maybe sports games.



the things you have to do? play that game a lot. i mean a lot and with other people. cod wow they all revolve around teamwork so try to find a solid group of friends to play with. you have to be real good though since everyone would love to be a pro-gamer. obviously helps to know people in the industry. but the main thing is you gotta be smart. people think video-gamers are dumb when the don't realize how much thinking,planning and strategy goes into these high level games.What are the things you have to do to become a professional gamer?Professional gamers usually play games nearly 24/7
