Why cant i use my gamer tag for my EA account?

I've been trying to play my game army of two fortieth day but its not letting me sign in or make a new EA account. Im not sure what to do so can someone please help?Why cant i use my gamer tag for my EA account?This could either be because of something on your end, i.e. if your playing on PC a firewall could be blocking the game. Or it could be at EAs end since they have been having problems with the game authentification servers.Why cant i use my gamer tag for my EA account?If you have a child account EA will not let you. You must be at least 18. I have no idea why
