How do i put pictures on my xbox 360 from my camera and use them as my gamer pic?

i need a step by step process cause i have no idea what im doing. ive seen people with their pics on my friends list, and thats what i want to do.How do i put pictures on my xbox 360 from my camera and use them as my gamer pic?Not 100% sure but i think you need their cam if you want to take pics and put it in your 360.
