How many gamer points should I have Before I am considered a serious gamer?

Do you anticipate a game for years?Do you get a particular game on second one, once its released?Do you play that game(or games)every single moment you have and would literally not rather be doing anything else? Then you're a serious gamer.A gamerscore or trophy collection is irrelevant,i go after trophies or achievements (unlockables in the old days)that i particular care for:Super Extreme Player (Mass Effect),Perfect Ending(Final Fantasy X-2).i don't need to shoot 100 pigeons (GTA4),to feel good about my gaming prowess, and neither should anyone.I love gaming with a passion,my gamerscore was 10000+ when i got rid of my 360.It will be 0 when i get a new one for Mass Effect 2,and i could care less!I have three PS3 platinum trophies, each for my favorite PS3 games so far(fallout 3,re4,uncharted).That's what matters to me.That's all that should matter to anyone. How many gamer points should I have Before I am considered a serious gamer?I think your a serious gamer when u go onto Yahoo answers askin for help. How many gamer points should I have Before I am considered a serious gamer?
What i would call a serious gamer is someone who has all the achievements for at least 5 games and a gamer score of 10k or better mine is almost 17k finally got all the achievements for sid Meir's civilization revolution took me a year because they get very difficult.

Hope to have helpedHow many gamer points should I have Before I am considered a serious gamer? If you have to ask then you aren't.

A lot of serious gamers have no gamer points. How many gamer points should I have Before I am considered a serious gamer?
Casual 4000 Points.

Serious 10000 Points. How many gamer points should I have Before I am considered a serious gamer? It doesn't matter. You can have 0 gamer points and still be considered a hardcore gamer. What if you don't own a 360.

Besides, I think gamer points are way too misleading when it comes to deciding who is and isn't a hardcore gamer. Let's say 2 people have 10,000 pts. One person got it by playing 500 games, while another got it by playing 50 games. Who's the hardcore gamer? I think it's the latter person, but they both have the same score. The former is more of a casual gamer. How many gamer points should I have Before I am considered a serious gamer?
i don't really think it matters what your score is.to many people pay way to much attention to some thing that is meaningless.i don't think some of the achievement's are fair, like the online ones.what about the people that don't play online, like myself,i will never get those achievement's.they should have left well enough alone and left things like they were on the ps 2 and xbox,no type of scores.look how many people are trying to cheat to get there scores up,for what to look cool, then they get caught and banned its stupid.hope this helps.have fun gaming.
