Because I can't seem to do it. Can you only do it with the Xbox Live Vision Cam or what?

the link says that the xbox live vision cam and Kinect can BOTH take pictures but, as I said, I am unable to do so. Please help!Is it possible to make a personal gamer picture with the Kinect?Yes the kinect can take pictures but only the Xbox vision cam can send pictures to friends and make the picture you take your gamer picture.
