If by gamerpoints, you mean your xbox gamer score then yes you still get them weather your online or not. Any points earned offline wont show up online until your Gamer tag is brought online though but you will have them and wont need to replay anything to get them back.Do you still get gamer points if you get achievements offline?You get points offline too.
