How can I put pictures from my phone/camer/pc onto my xbox so that I can use them as my gamer picture?

I have a Laptop by my xbox which is connected to it via an ethernet cable and I have USB cables for my Phone,Camera and PSP.How can I put pictures from my phone/camer/pc onto my xbox so that I can use them as my gamer picture?you cant use them as gamer tags but you can plug them in the usb and use them as your theme... just find the picture on media and press X it will become ur theme picture.How can I put pictures from my phone/camer/pc onto my xbox so that I can use them as my gamer picture?Sorry, I dont know!
