I am having trouble getting Xbox live to work for all our gamer profiles, can some one help?

We were able to play all the downloaded games and use content downloaded for games we bought, but when we got our 360 repaired it stopped working, it all works for the main profile just not the others, and we can't figure out what to do in order to get it working again.I am having trouble getting Xbox live to work for all our gamer profiles, can some one help?Try deleting all the profiles (but not the games and saves) and then recover them again.
